Terms and Conditions Apply for the 4^th AISCH E-Certificate

1. E-certificate can only be given to participant who participate in AISCH from the beginning to the end activity by filling in the attendance list at the end of the event
2. The e-certificate will be sent via email within 1 weeks
3. Requirements to obtain an e-certificate are as follows:
   1. Register and fill out the registration form to be a participant before the event
   2. Fill out the attendance and evaluation form at the end of the event
   3. The committee will not serve the request for e-certificate if the participant does not meet all the requirements above
